WASD or arrow keys to move.  When in doubt, press D or the right arrow key. 

Narrative choices will be presented through text boxes with two lines and a ">" symbol. Press the up/down arrow keys (or W/S) to toggle, and D/right arrow key to select. 

Typically a ~5 minute playthrough.
